A growth partner built to sit between agency execution and business context.
LEAP was founded in Vancouver by a small team who'd spent years inside both agencies and in-house marketing departments, and kept seeing the same gap: agencies that were good at buying media but vague about business outcomes, and in-house teams that understood the business but were stretched too thin to run every channel well.
The firm was built to sit in that gap — close enough to the channels to run them properly, close enough to the business to know which numbers actually matter.
Today LEAP works with a deliberately limited number of clients at a time, across technology, retail, professional services, healthcare, and financial services, applying the same disciplined framework to each engagement.
How We Work
Start from the constraint, not the channel
Every engagement starts with a diagnosis of where growth is actually being lost — not a default list of channels to run.
Report what didn't work, too
Plain-language reporting includes the disappointing results, not just the ones that make a nice slide.
Scale in stages
We increase budget in stages and watch efficiency at each step, instead of assuming a channel's economics hold as it grows.
What Guides Our Work
Rigour
We test assumptions instead of relying on them, and let data settle disagreements.
Transparency
Clients see how budget is spent and why, in plain language.
Craft
We take the quality of strategy, creative, and reporting equally seriously.
Accountability
We measure our own work by the same standards we report to clients.
Not the Cheapest, but the Most Direct
- A senior team stays on the account for the full engagement, not just the pitch.
- Reporting is built for the stakeholders who read it, not for the platform that generated it.
- We turn down work outside our expertise rather than take it on and learn at the client's expense.
